"Pat is everything we'd hoped to have found in a realtor. She's readily available, always returns phone calls, answers questions with skill and accuracy, and comes with a personality that makes us feel like we're her best friends and she only wants what's just right for us. However, lest these qualities are not enough, my last meeting with Pat proved her unique skills. As we saw in a meeting over a contract with another realtor, Pat found discrepancies that evaded the other realtor. To avoid possibly losing the the contract due to its inaccuracies, Pat worked diligently to rectify the situation, to the bewilderment of the other realtor, who first of all, had not seen the mistakes, and secondly, knew not how to resolve them. All of us sat around the table and watched Pat at her best, drawing from all her skills and knowledge to insure us a good contract before we signed. After several minutes and a few phone calls, Pat had completely rectified the mistakes to the contract, and we are scheduled for a closing in just a few weeks. I think those of us watching were flabbergasted by her knowledge, skill, and experience.
